In certain cases, physical defects can also cause problems with bundle recognition. Beyond making sure the feature has been enabled for the destination to which you are sending, the most common reason for issues with scan bundling is writing over the destination symbols on your notebook pages. We use the symbols to assign Rocketbook pages to cloud destinations, so that part of the page shouldn't be written over unless you want to send your notes to a destination associated with certain symbols.
For bundled scans, please make sure that you are either marking the same destination symbol on each page, or leaving the bottom portion of your pages completely clear of any writing. Best practice is to end your notes before the end of the dot grid / lines on your pages, as anything written below this point will be automatically cropped out of your processed images.
Additionally, please be sure to scan your pages in a well lit environment. Though it's unlikely, a shadow cast across the destination symbols on your page may cause the same issues.
