In some circumstances, email logins will be registered as case sensitive; if you've already reset your password and are still being denied entry, try entering your email address in all lowercase letters.
If a reset link isn't being received, please first make certain you are entering the correct email address with which you established your Rocketbook account. Additionally, if you are using a corporate or otherwise managed email account, you may also check to make sure reset links are not being blocked by any filters, or being sent to your spam folder.
Note: If you are an iOS user who signed up via Apple Sign In, you will not be able to reset your password via this method, and will instead need to use Apple's system to log back in with your Apple ID.
