Troubles with Smart Titles

If you're having issues with your Smart Titles note being recognized, the first thing to do is make certain the feature is enabled in your app settings:

 

To check this, go to your Settings > Handwriting Recognition (OCR) > Smart Titles [ON].

 

If that checks out, and you're still having issues, make certain that you are clearly illustrating your #'s so that they are vertical and won't be confused with other characters, and that you are using two #'s before and after your tile.  For example: ## Title ##
