How to Send Scan Feedback

Trouble Scanning?

If you're having issues with a particular page not scanning, it may be helpful to send it over to our team to take a look at. You'll be able to do this quickly and easily directly from the Rocketbook app!

On Android

• Access the troublesome scan from your Historypage
• Hit the "more actions" menu  in the top right corner
• Select Feedback
• Choose your desired email application
• Add a message describing your issue and hit send
• Select actual size, when prompted

  

On iOS

• Access the troublesome scan from your history page
• Hit the "more actions" menu  in the top right corner
• Select the Feedback icon
• Add a message describing your issue and hit send
• Select actual size, when prompted
