Can I Return or Exchange My Order?

We do not allow for exchanges to be made for orders made on getrocketbook.com. However, any unopened and unused products purchased on the Rocketbook website may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

Orders not made on getrocketbook.com must be returned directly to the seller, and will not be accepted by us directly. 

Please note that we will not issue refunds for shipping fees, and that returns may incur a restocking fee at the discretion of Rocketbook.
