What is Rocketbook's Replacement Policy?

We do not offer any warranties, nor do we offer replacements for wear and tear or damages from standard use. 

Unopened and unused products purchased on the Rocketbook website may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. 

We also offer replacements for manufacturer’s defects and items damaged in shipment, as determined by our support team. 

If you believe you have received a defective product and may be eligible for a replacement, please contact our team via email at [e-mail]. Images of any defects and proof of purchase will be required.
