How to Set Up an Email Subject Template

Just like how a file naming template allows you to create a template for naming your files, an email subject template allows you to dictate what will go into the subject line of all future scans sent to email destinations. Here are the steps for setting one up:

• Go to Menu
• Under App Settings, go to Email Subject Template
• Create your naming template
• Tap Save

You can build a naming template with a combination of dynamic blocks and text. An example of your Naming Template is shown below the text box. 

Note: You are also able to use the "Filename" dynamic naming chip to have the subject of your email reflect the name of your file.  This can be used along with our Smart Titles feature to allow easily customizable email subjects for every scan.
