How to Choose Your File Format

When you send a scan to your cloud destination(s), you can choose either JPG, PDF or GIF as the file type.  You can actually set each destination to have its own file type, so you don't have to choose one file type for all destinations!  To choose or change the file type for a destination, simply follow these steps:

• Tap the Destinations icon

• Choose the destination for which you'd like to edit the file type

• The first option in your Destination Settings is "File Type"

*If your File Type options are grayed out, that is likely because you have Bundle Scans set to ON.  When Bundle Scans are ON, the file type has to be set to PDF.  Simply turn OFF Bundle Scans and you'll be able to toggle your File Type to JPG or GIF!
