How it Works

Scan Bundling allows you group multiple pages of notes into one, convenient, easy to access file.

To bundle, you'll need to make sure the destination you're sending to has "Bundle Scans" turned ON:

Then, make sure that you are either marking the same destination symbol on each page, or leaving the bottom portion of your pages completely clear of any writing. Best practice is to end your notes before the end of the dot grid / lines on your pages, as anything written below this point will be automatically cropped out of your processed images.

When Bundle Scans are turned ON, Auto-Send is OFF, so you will need to tap "Next" after scanning all the pages in your bundle and then tap "Send" after reviewing.

Smart Title Bundle Settings

Under Settings > Handwriting Recognition (OCR) > you will find the option to "Use Smart Titles to group scans."

 

If this option is toggled on, every new title detected will result in a new bundle being created. This is a great tool that will allow you to create multiple bundles in one scanning session, by applying a Smart Title on the first page of each desired bundle. Note that by default, this setting is disabled.
