Certain Rocketbook notebooks and Page Packs feature a Smart Title Bar. The Smart Title Bar allows you to utilize our Smart Title automatic naming feature, without the use of any special characters. The Smart Title Bar is currently present on all Rocketbook Pro and Rocketbook Orbit Page Packs, as well as on the pages of the Rocketbook Everyday Planner, Rocketbook Multi-Subject Notebook, Rocketbook Fusion Plus, and Rocketbook Teacher Planner.
First: Make Sure You Turn On Smart Titles in Your Settings
Here’s how to get there: Menu > Settings > Handwriting Recognition (OCR) > Smart Titles - ON.
How Does it Work?
Simply enable Smart Titles in your OCR settings, write your desired file name in the provided space, and scan your page! After you select your destination(s), the writing will be transcribed and automatically applied as your document title.
If you change your mind about the title, you'll be able to make edits by tapping the file name in the review page before sending.
What about the Second Space?
To the right of the Smart Title Bar, you'll notice a second, smaller, text box. This space is there to enter the date, or any other information you'd like to include in your notes. At this time, it does not serve any digital OCR function, and writing in this space will not be applied to your file's name.
