Integrating Your Rocketbook App with Todoist
Trusted by 30 million people and teams. Todoist is the world's favorite task manager and to-do list app. Integrate your Todosit account with the Rocketbook app and your notes will be sent directly to your Todoist Projects as new Tasks. The File Name will be applied to the name of the Task created, and the image file will be included with the task as an attachment. Follow the step-by-step setup process outlined below to set-up Todoist as one of your app Destinations.
Step 1: Choose Todoist As a Destination
In the Rocketbook app, go to Destinations> Tap on a symbol > Change Destination > Todoist (you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the list)
Step 2: Log Into Your Existing Todoist Account
Now you’ll be prompted to sign in with your Todoist credentials. You'll have the opportunity to add additional accounts when you set up subsequent destinations.
Step 3: Configure Your Todoist Destination
Files uploaded to Todoist Destinations will appear as either Tasks or Sub-Tasks within your existing Todoist Projects. Once you’re connected to your preferred Todoist account, you will be able to select the Workspace, Team, and Project to which you'd like to upload your scans.
Once you've chosen the Project you'd like to use for your destination, you will have the option to set that project as the destination for your files by tapping "save," or to save your files as Sub-Tasks under new or existing Tasks within that Project.
Step 4: Consider Destinations Settings
Congrats, your Todoist Destination is now set up! To get the most out of this destination, explore your Destination Settings. Here you can decide if you want your scans to be PDFs or JPGs, if you’d like to turn on Bundle Scans, and if you want to set up Auto-Send. Please note that our Todoist integration does not currently support full page OCR Transcription.
