How to Send Feedback For Your Beacons Scan

Having Issues With Your Beacons Scanning?

If you're having trouble with your Beacons equipped whiteboard not scanning, send us a quick video and we'll take a look.  Don't worry, you can do this straight from our app! 

• Open up Beacons mode in your app
• Hit the "more actions" menu  in the top corner of the screen
• Select 'Feedback'for iOSfor Android
• Record your troublesome board
• Add a message to tell us what went wrong and send away!
