To Reset Your Password
If you are logged into the app, tap History > Menu (in the upper right hand corner) > Your Name > Reset Password and you will be emailed a new link to the email address associated with your account.
If you are logged out of the app, tap Sign In with email > Forgot Password, and a link will be sent.
In some circumstances, email logins will be registered as case sensitive; if you've already reset your password and are still being denied entry, try entering your email address in all lowercase letters.
Please also note that if you are an iOS user who signed up via Apple Sign In, you will not be able to reset your password via this method, and will instead need to use Apple's system to log back in with your Apple ID.
